CDT Coding Updates for 2026

Effective January 1, 2026, the Code on Dental Procedures and Nomenclature (CDT) includes 31 new codes, 14 revisions, 6 deletions, and 9 editorial changes (e.g., spelling or syntax revisions). It is essential to review and implement these changes to report and bill for services accurately, and to transmit accurate information to payers for reimbursement.
